These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made directly from Patrick Radcliffe, LLC (“Patrick Radcliffe,” “we,” “our,” “us”) — whether you shop online at us.patrickradcliffe.com or at a direct sales event. References to “you” and “the Client” mean the individual consumer completing the purchase.
Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order online or confirming a purchase in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.
Patrick Radcliffe, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time your purchase is completed applies to that transaction.
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. Where the law in your jurisdiction provides rights that cannot be waived or excluded by contract — including consumer protection rights in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom — those rights remain fully in force.
We take care to present our products accurately on us.patrickradcliffe.com. Product descriptions, sizing, and imagery are as accurate as we can make them. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of colors will be perfectly accurate. Slight variations in color or texture between the online representation and the physical product do not constitute a defect, unless the variation is material and significantly affects the product as described.
If you are ever uncertain about a product before purchasing, please contact us at client-services@us.patrickradcliffe.com — we are happy to provide additional detail, measurements, or imagery.
All products are offered subject to availability. We do our best to keep our website up to date, but in the rare event that an item you have ordered is no longer available, we will notify you promptly and offer you a full refund or an alternative where possible.
Some items in our collection are made to order — produced specifically for you following your purchase. Made-to-order items will be clearly identified before you complete your purchase. Because these items are created individually for each client, they are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has begun, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or material error on our part.
If you would like to cancel a made-to-order item before production has commenced, please contact us immediately at client-services@us.patrickradcliffe.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been placed.
To place an order on us.patrickradcliffe.com, select your items, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. Submitting your order does not yet create a binding purchase — it is an offer to buy. A contract between you and Patrick Radcliffe, LLC is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email acknowledging your order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Ensure that the items, sizes, quantities, and delivery address are correct. We process orders promptly and may not be able to make changes after submission.
At direct sales events, purchases are completed with an authorized Patrick Radcliffe representative. Payment at the point of sale constitutes the contract of sale. You will receive a receipt confirming your purchase. Items available for immediate take-away will be provided at the event. Items requiring shipment will be dispatched following the event in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Your Order Confirmation — received by email for online purchases or as a receipt for in-person purchases — is your proof of purchase. Please retain it. It includes your order reference number, which you will need for any returns, exchanges, or inquiries.
Occasionally we may need to decline or cancel an order after it has been placed. This may happen if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or product description on our website, or if we are unable to verify payment. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible at the email address provided and issue a full refund of any amount charged.
All prices shown on us.patrickradcliffe.com are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and are inclusive of any applicable sales tax or VAT where required by law in your jurisdiction. Prices are subject to change, but any change will not affect an order for which you have already received an Order Confirmation.
Sale prices apply only for the duration of the promotional period and to stock available at that time. Sale items are marked clearly. Once a sale has ended, original prices apply.
If you are purchasing from outside your local currency region, your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee. This is beyond our control and is your responsibility to verify with your provider.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase — both online and in person. We accept major credit and debit cards and any additional payment methods made available at checkout or point of sale. All online transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway. Patrick Radcliffe, LLC does not store complete payment card details.
If your payment is declined or fails after an order has been submitted, we will notify you and your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed. If we cannot reach you or payment cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you need to cancel an online order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at client-services@us.patrickradcliffe.com. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation once dispatch has been initiated. If we are unable to cancel before dispatch, you may return the item under our Returns & Refund Policy once it has been delivered.
If you are purchasing online and are located in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right does not apply to sale items, made-to-order items, or any other category expressly excluded by applicable law.
To exercise this right, notify us in writing within the 14-day period at client-services@us.patrickradcliffe.com. You must then return the goods to us within fourteen (14) days of notifying us. Our Returns & Refund Policy applies to the return process, including the provision of a complimentary prepaid return label. We will issue a full refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Your statutory cancellation right is in addition to and does not limit any rights provided under our Returns & Refund Policy.
The statutory right to cancel under distance selling regulations does not apply to purchases made in person at direct sales events. Your rights in respect of any item that is defective, damaged, or not as described remain fully intact regardless of how the purchase was made. Our Returns & Refund Policy applies to all in-person purchases.
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Standard shipping is complimentary for orders delivered within the United States. Shipping charges apply to orders delivered to Canada and the United Kingdom and will be displayed at checkout. Express overnight shipping is available at an additional charge, selectable at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Patrick Radcliffe, LLC is not liable for delays caused by FedEx or by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover of your order to FedEx at the point of dispatch.
Full details of our shipping options, estimated delivery windows, international customs obligations, and how to handle lost or damaged shipments are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, available at us.patrickradcliffe.com.
We want you to love what you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery to initiate a return. We cover return shipping — there are no return fees. You may choose a full refund to your original payment method, an exchange, or store credit.
Sale items and made-to-order items are not eligible for return, except where defective or materially incorrect.
Full details — including how to initiate a return, eligible conditions, and how each resolution is processed — are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, available at us.patrickradcliffe.com.
Every Patrick Radcliffe piece is inspected before it is dispatched or handed over to you. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within two (2) business days of receiving your order at client-services@us.patrickradcliffe.com. Include your order reference and photographs of the issue.
We will assess all defect and quality claims promptly and resolve them by way of a replacement, exchange, or full refund — at your election where possible. Defective item claims are not subject to the standard 14-day return window or the non-returnable restrictions that apply to sale or made-to-order items.
Minor natural variations in texture, shade, or finish that are characteristic of the materials and construction methods used do not constitute defects, provided they do not materially affect the product as described.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Patrick Radcliffe, LLC’s liability to you in connection with any purchase is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your purchase, including loss of use or loss of enjoyment, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any breach of the implied terms as to title; defective products under applicable product liability law; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
For clients purchasing in the United States and Canada, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Patrick Radcliffe, LLC is incorporated. For clients purchasing in the United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In each case, nothing in this clause affects your right as a consumer to bring a claim before the courts of your own jurisdiction or to benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country.
